General Policy

We at labellefam.com are committed to our customer satisfaction. Therefore we ask our customers to place orders with care by double checking orders before submitting. We are confident that our customers will be satisfied with our top quality Virgin hair products. In our efforts to bring the lowest prices possible. Hair cannot be returned once used for any reasons. You must determine whether to keep the hair or not, as soon as you recieve the item. Customers have 3 days to make a return for exchange/refund provided that the hair has not been used. For all returns, please refer to the Return/Exchange Guidelines/arangi.

Return/ Exchange Policy Guidelines

MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNUSED!!

A return/exchange can be made within 3 days of purchase. Returns/Exchanges will not be permitted after 3 days. Merchandise along with a copy of the original invoice must be received by labellefam.com before a refund/exchange is granted. Merchandise must be in the original condition the customer has received it.

ORDER PROCESSING

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm EST. SAT & SUN 10: 00 AM TO 5:00 PM.We process all order within 24 hrs. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected at checkout.

LOST SHIPMENTS

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately. We will contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending USPS’s investigation of the situation.

FAILED DELIVERIES / REFUSED SHIPMENTS / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS. If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

TEXTURE DISCLAIMER/COLOR DISCLAIMER

VIRGIN HAIR ARE NOT UNIFORM, WHEN PURCHASE TWO OR THREE BUNDLES, WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO MATCH THEM AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. PLEASE UNDERSTAND NO TWO BUNDLES WILL EVER BE THE EXACT SAME TEXTURE, COLOR, OR DENSITY. EACH BUNDLE OF HAIR WEIGHS 100g APPROXIMATELY 3.5 TO 3.7 OUNCES. WHEN BUYING 12 INCHES TO 16 INCHES TWO BUNDLES SHOULD BE ENOUGH. ANYTHING LONGER WE SUGGEST 3 BUNDLES.
